New Biggelbachs Website

Welcome to the new Biggelbachs website.

Steve Lingelbach started playing pool in 1983 while attending college. He quickly fell in love with the sport and moved to Sacramento to learn more about the various games, observe the best players in the world, and participate in money games to better manage nerves and pressure. He studied under a variety of instructors including Ted Brown, Paul Brienza, and Jerry Briesath while picking up different things from great players like Kim Davenport and Warren “The Monk”Costanzo. After spending a few years in California, Steve moved back to Oregon and took several years off to start a family.

Upon his return to pool in 1996 Steve started racking up APA, VNEA and BCA titles including a 2001 World Team VNEA 1st place finish. In addition to competing he developed an instructional regimen, consulted for On The Wire newspaper, partnered in the West Coast Pechauer tour, and was the visionary behind Billiards & Barstools retail store, which was featured in the 2006 Street of Dreams.

Steve continues to compete, teach and promote pool today hoping to share his passion and love of the sport with others.

Keep an eye out for new events and services coming soon to the new website. And this is just a taste – we have numerous other activities ongoing which you will hear about soon.

We will be updating this blog on a regular basis to keep you in touch with all the newest updates from Biggelbachs and the world of pool and billiards.

  1. I have enjoyed your 1 pocket shot puzzlers on Facebook. After years of watching & playing, I have not seen those shots, but usually play a lot more conservative. Do you guys have a brick and mortar room?

    1. Hi Mike! Thank you for the feedback! We definitely want to get the creative juices flowing in hopes that viewers will see something they haven’t before or expand on what their options might be. We do have a brick and mortar in Southeast Portland. We usually operate by appointment so that each customer can receive the attention or table time that they need. We encourage hands on testing but sell quite a few more products and lines than we have on the site right now.

  2. Steve & Carissa are truly the Best at what they do. Making there customers feel like family. From the first moment I met them there was a click. I truly recommend them if you need anything to do with billiards. They have always made my transactions enjoyable, exciting and they are so very professional.

Thank you both so very much for all you have done for me. Much Love and Respect!!

  3. Received the Predator Air 2 day after ordering. It is by far the easiest jump cue I have ever used. Thank you so much, you went above and beyond and it’s much appreciated.
