You will see diamond, club, circle and stitching shapes throughout inlaid into the points, butt sleeve and the collars. The work in the collars alone is impressive: maple stitching on both sides of an ivory band with pinhead abalone circles around. The collar rings are placed at the joint, on both sides of the leather wrapped handle and the top of the butt cap.
