Custom Design & Craftsmanship

Purpleheart Forearm with Four Floating Points

The cue features a beautifully colored purpleheart forearm with four elongated floating points.

The dark contrasting points create a dramatic visual effect against the rich reddish-purple wood grain, highlighting the traditional elegance of this custom design.

Purpleheart is prized in custom cue construction for its distinctive natural coloration and attractive grain characteristics.

Classic Decorative Ringwork

Coordinated decorative rings accent the cue’s joint and butt sleeve.

The black and natural-colored ring combinations provide an attractive transition between the purpleheart sections and the lighter-colored components, creating a balanced, traditional appearance.

Personalized Schrager Identification Plaque

An especially interesting feature is the personalized identification plaque located on the butt sleeve.

The plaque reads:

“Handcrafted for Dave Corman by Bert Schrager”

This personalized detail distinguishes the cue from a standard production design and adds an appealing historical element for collectors interested in custom cue provenance.

Traditional Linen Wrap

The cue features a traditional linen wrap with a distinctive light-colored patterned appearance.

The wrap provides a comfortable gripping surface while complementing the purpleheart forearm and butt sleeve.

Phenolic Joint with 3/8-10 Pin

A phenolic joint paired with a traditional 3/8-10 pin provides a secure connection between the butt and shaft.

This classic joint configuration is appreciated by players who prefer traditional custom cue construction.
